RMP Description: Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (RMP), the training and research institute that focuses on developing the human capital and management capabilities, with the backdrop of age-old Indian values, takes its inspiration from Late Shri Rambhau Mhalgi, former Member of Indian Parliament and an outstanding representative of people. As we all know, the success of democracy depends upon the dedication and efficiency of elected representatives.

RMP Mission: To strengthen Democracy from the grass root level through relentless efforts for building the capacities of all the major stakeholders, including the elected representatives: at all levels and thereby try to bring about a qualitative change and effectiveness in Democratic governance.

To build a functional set up, aimed at empowerment of activists, while understanding the overall management and HR needs of the voluntary sector.

To plan HR programmes with an aim to make this sector more result-oriented and thus truly professional in its approach without diluting the requisite commitment to basic human values.

To evolve into a prominent and unique training facility for corporates.

The Prabodhini offers the society at large, an academy where leadership traits are honed in a scientific way that will ultimately enable the society to overcome the omnipresent crises of effective and committed leadership.
